| I keep hearing about people who aren't doing anything these days, whether it's about friends or family members...and it's just ridiculous. flat out, yes, im going to judge in this entry, so kill me.
give me a freaking break. everybody has problems. some more severe than others, but that doesnt justify sitting around and being a bum.
ok, one month, its fine...i admit, i was pretty much a bum after 5/22 (oh yes, i walked for those who didnt know!) until the end of june. but it's a well deserved break, for what's coming ahead
anyway, so people, come on, you need to do something with your life, you cannot mope around, you cannot eat off your parents, you cannot be a teenybooper forever, you must have goals, aspirations, places you want to get in life, husbands and wives that want to marry you...if you even have anything good to offer people.
LESSON #1 in life: we are all trying our best to better ourselves, thats how it works. thats why there is competition, thats why enemies exist, thats why everything is the way it is.
without advancement, nothing would improve and may i kindly say, you are not improving your sad sad way as an unmoving object, waiting for the world to wipe you out before you can make your mark that you have longed to make.
as sad as it is, nike has some legitimacy when they say "just do it" now go and do something bitch
with that said, summer is great, catch up with old friends, drink, party, mahjong, heavenly heaven sakes its great!
my life after 5/22 has been amazing, 1 month to relax, obtained a HARD ass internship but i love it, and taking GRE classes and studying for it immensely until the test date! ERK...then grad school...at least thats the plan, we'll see if things change along the way.

| I realized today that I simply want to create change. I don't care about money or high status and all that shit that everybody wants to get their horny hands on. I'm not saying it's not something nice to have, but it shouldn't be the main reason for devoting your life to. I guess that's why I'm so confused these days. Since, I'm graduating and have no clue about what to do, I've tried to fool myself by looking for a job that pays a lot of money and looking into graduate schools that are ridiculous, simply ridiculous. But, now I've got the answer. I'm going to walk across the stage with my head held high, smile on my face, and hands ready to recieve my diploma. And right when I walk off the stage, I'm going to take the job offering I got at the environmental non-profit org, even though it was not my first choice. I can really give a fuck when people think I'm wasting my time, but I'm going to pursue my goal of promoting environmental justice and awareness.
Okay, so before all that righteous work, right now I'm simply going to enjoy everything life has to offer, the sunshine, youtube, vitasoy, and the clean air I'm breathing right now. You all should just take moment and embrace everything you have accomplished thus far.

| For once, I don't have any plans about what to do with my life. After high school, it was college. But not that im nearing the end of college, I'm kinda lost. I really enjoyed everything about it...from dorming the 1st year to living at home the last year. I'm a total nerd now...preferring to study over hanging out...but that's just because I finally got the hang of appreciating school and everything it has to offer. Now however, I don't know if I should apply to graduate school or work? Or take time off. It seems as if everybody is DOING something after graduation. When people as you what you are going to do after graduating and you say nothing or that I don't know, people look at my funny. Sigh, I wish I had an inkling but I don't. I applied to two jobs. One that was my first choice and another that was back up. I found out that I didn't get my first choice, but I did get my back up. =( So I don't know if I really want the second job...I took the GRE and I got a good score, but I don't know if I want to deal with rejection since if I do apply to grad school, I'm only going to apply to the top sociology problems...atUCLA, UC Irvine, UC Santa Cruz, UC Davis, and Rutgers. AHHHHH I hate thinking...I think I'm just gonna take a nap, cuz that is what I do best. =/

| So spring break is almost over...but its been great..heres a recap since last friday!
Friday: last day of school, just chilled...hung out with amanda, etc
Saturday: Played Mahjong with the family from 1-9pm then met up with amity, amanda, and kevin and went to rodel's house to party...it was really fun and the hot links were FUCKING BOMB! lol...took a couple of shots with amanda, amity, kevin, lily, rodel, and some of rodel's cousins (one was high and hellllla funny)
Sunday: Woke up early to go to work...then after work hung out with amity and amanda some more, cant recall what we did but it was fun...probably yummy guide or something and watch movies at amanda's house
Monday: Didn't go to work, called in sick, and took the day to relax
Tuesday: Hung out with Anna-cella from 2pm-7ish...did lots of random stuff...the theme for the day was "doing new stuff" so we first went to eat at crepevine, then went to ici on college ave for ice cream (their cones are the BESTTTT FUCKING SHIT EVERRRR)...then trader joes to get organic loly pops, and then...went to the north face outlet in berkeley, then went to target in albany to kill time, visited sasha at work in the ranch 99 plaza...then went home. After i dropped annie off, went to amitys house to watch some tv
Wednesday: Ran a lot of errands...washed my car, pumped gas, went to wamu, and went to chinatown to close my cd account.
Yesterday: Badminton with Amity, Andrea, Chi-Lam, Chanel, Timmy, and Nam from 12:30-2:30 ish...then went to yummyguide with chanel, amity, kerry, maggie, and jenny. happy i got to see kerry, chanel, and maggie! then went to maggies mom's work place...then tapioca express and finally SUBWAY! love subway for dinner!
Today: Woke up, went to Lakeshore with Emmi to grab subway, starbucks, and trader joes. got some really good organic snacks...and NOW HOME...but about to go out to amanda's house to hang out with them one last night before they leave for SD =( so sad
Break has been very relaxing...but i just typed up important dates to remember for April and May and its horrible!!!!! i dont know how i am going to manage all this shit! I've never had so much shit to do...m dreading everything but 5/12 the MOST...gotta get cracking on work RIGHT NOW...cant procrastinate.
Plus, I dont know how im going to do my weekly response papers (about 5 pgs total) for soc 190, soc 101a, and asamst 145!! =( AND BE ON TOP OF READINGS...EVEN MORE SAD FACES!!!! =((
